Accreditation
Accreditation is a voluntary process of evaluating the quality of a program based on measurable professional standards. Our accreditation with the following organizations demonstrates our commitment to excellence in education.
Chance School is accredited by the National Academy of Early Childhood Programs (NAECP), a division of The National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC), the nation’s largest organization of early childhood educators. The NAEYC administers a national, voluntary, professionally sponsored accreditation system to help insure the quality of all types of preschools, kindergartens, child care centers, and school-age child care programs. For more about NAEYC accreditation standards, visit www.naeyc.org
Chance School is also accredited by the Independent Schools Association of the Central States (ISACS), a membership organization of more than 200 independent schools from 15 states within the Midwest region. The principal function of ISACS is the accreditation of its member schools, which have voluntarily chosen to measure their progress toward an ideal of educational excellence. While providing and developing standards of excellence, ISACS strives to preserve the philosophy of each individual school. For more about ISACS, visit www.isacs.org
