Volunteer in Your Child’s Classroom
Families are invited to share special interests, talents, or family traditions as well as attend special classroom events and school-wide performances. The choices can include reading a favorite story, cooking a favorite recipe, sharing a song or a tradition. During a school year, there are various celebrations, field trips and times for which adults sign-up to help. Room Parents support the teachers or Parents’ Council as needed with various activities during the school year.

Volunteer in Your Child’s School
All parents of Chance students are members of the Parents’ Council. Council members volunteer with Fall Festival, Auction, Scholastic Books, cash-back programs, family mentoring, School Store, as a Room Parent, and in the school library. Parents also have the opportunity to demonstrate their commitment to the long-term stewardship of Chance School by serving on our Board of Trustees.
