The Buildings and Preservation Fund is used for capital expenditures related to the maintenance, renovation and improvement of the campus. This fund provides support for the new media arts and technology center, other physical improvements, as well as preservation of the historic Rogers Clark Ballard Memorial School building which is listed on the Register of National Historic Places.

The “Mary Maple Scholarship Fund” underscores the school’s commitment to making Chance School accessible to a diverse community of learners. Each year this financial aid fund provides need-based tuition assistance to approximately 22% of students.

The “Ms. Bettye Endowment Fund” was created to provide program support. Once this fund reaches a self-sustaining level, a percentage of its income will be used to support the school’s operational budget.

To date local foundations, community leaders, past supporters of Chance, the school’s Board of Trustees, Chance faculty and staff along with Chance parents have pledged their support to this special comprehensive campaign. Please join these donors in reaching the campaign’s goal of $1,000,000.
