Professional Development
Faculty and staff at Chance continue professional development throughout the year to incorporate best practices in classrooms, to provide the most outstanding early childhood and elementary program in the area, and to incorporate current methods to coordinate the management of this quality educational institution.

A number of our faculty and staff:

• present at early childhood conferences and workshops,
• serve as directors and teachers in the school’s extended programs,
• are members and officers of professional associations – NAEYC, ISACS, KAIS, LAECE, KAECE, SECA, CITA, NCA, KYNPSC
• serve on board committees at Chance and in the community.
