FACTS: Student Information System

We’re excited to announce our new school management system – FACTS SIS (Student Information System). We’re in the process of setting up FACTS Family Portal – a private and secure online platform that will allow you to see school information specific to your children while protecting their information from others.

Below you will learn how to set up your new Student Information System login.

Accessing FACTS Family Portal

FACTS allows you to get more involved in your child’s educational progress and future success via the internet. 

FACTS Family Portal (Student Information System) is a private and secure parents’ portal that allows you to view school information specific to your children while protecting their information from others. 

Here’s how to access our easy-to-use Family Portal: 

• On the Campus Life site, we have a tab called Student Information System- it links here: https://vcs-ky.client.renweb.com/pwr/
• Type in the School District Code: VCS-KY
• Click Create New Family Portal Account. 
• Type your email address and click Create Account. An email will be sent with a link to create your Family Portal login. The link is active for 6 hours. 
• Select the Click to Create your Family Portal Login link. 
• A web browser displays your Name and FACTS Person ID. 
• Type a User Name, Password, and Confirm your password.

• Click Save User Name and/or Password.
• A message displays at the top of the browser, “User Name/Password successfully updated.”
