Elementary Preview for Preschool Families

Preschool families are invited to join us for a special Elementary Preview designed for parents of three-year-olds and four-year-olds who are beginning to look ahead to Pre-K, Kindergarten, and the full elementary experience.

At Virginia Chance School, the elementary years build on the curiosity, confidence, and resilience children develop in early childhood. This director-level tour offers families a closer look at how our progressive elementary program supports academic growth, social-emotional development, collaboration, independence, and joyful, challenging learning through fifth grade.

Hayley Abell, Director of Elementary Programs, will guide families through the Kindergarten experience and the broader elementary pathway at Chance. She will share how our teachers approach literacy and math instruction, student assessment, higher-order thinking, social-emotional growth, and developmentally appropriate challenge across the elementary years.

This is a meaningful opportunity for preschool families to better understand what comes next at Chance.
