Early Childhood Educator Institute at Virginia Chance School

8 Hour ECE Credit Course:

Early childhood educators are invited to join us at Virginia Chance School for the Early Childhood Educator Institute, a two-day professional learning experience designed to inspire, renew, and strengthen teaching practice.

Hosted on our 26-acre campus, the Institute offers educators the opportunity to learn from experienced Chance teachers, explore progressive early childhood practices, and engage in meaningful conversations with others who share a commitment to young children. Sessions will focus on whole-child development, classroom environments, inquiry-based learning, creativity, connection, and the daily practices that help children grow with curiosity, confidence, and resilience.

Participants will also have the opportunity to experience Chance’s indoor classrooms and outdoor learning spaces, gaining a firsthand look at how environment, relationships, and intentional teaching come together in an early childhood setting.
