Mindful Minis: Yoga

Early Childhood and Elementary families are invited to join us for Mindful Minis: Yoga, a family-friendly yoga session at the FourEvergreen Pavilion.

Led by Ms. Angie, preschool teacher and certified yoga teacher, and Ms. Heiskell, elementary teacher and yoga teacher-in-training, this joyful spring gathering offers families a chance to move, stretch, breathe, and connect together.

This event is designed for children and adults to participate side by side. A parent or adult caregiver should attend with each child.

Please bring a yoga mat or slip-free towel and a water bottle.

We look forward to shaking off winter, welcoming spring, and enjoying a mindful morning together!
