Caleb Ward

Groundskeeper Caleb Ward brings hands-on experience in school operations, facilities, and campus readiness to his role at Virginia Chance School.

 

Caleb has extensive experience supporting school environments, including previous roles as Event Coordinator at Father Ryan High School and Maintenance Manager at STEM Prep. Through this work, he developed a strong understanding of the daily care, planning, and attention to detail required to keep a school campus safe, prepared, and welcoming for students, teachers, and families.

 

At Chance, Caleb values the important behind-the-scenes work that helps the school day run smoothly. His focus on facility safety, campus readiness, and thoughtful support allows teachers to stay focused on their students and helps children feel secure, supported, and ready to learn throughout the campus.

 

Caleb appreciates being part of a team where every role contributes to the overall school environment. He believes that supporting teachers, caring for the campus, and helping maintain a safe and positive setting all play a part in helping children grow and thrive.

 

Caleb is also continuing his own education while pursuing his long-term goals. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active through weight training, running, and fitness. He is a big sports fan, especially basketball and soccer, and enjoys spending quality time with family, working on hands-on projects, and being active outdoors.
