Lori Frey Wells

Lori Frey Wells joined the VCS community when her oldest son entered as a 3 year old. Now she is a proud parent of a son in Pre-K and another in 2nd grade and has been lucky to find what she knows are life-long friends at Chance, both for her children and herself.

Lori has a law degree from the University of Louisville, Brandeis School of Law. She has over 20 years of experience in corporate operations, compliance and consulting in the healthcare industry. Over the years she has led and developed multiple high-performing teams, bringing a deep understanding of what it takes to cultivate strong, mission-aligned leadership.
