FACTS: Student Information System
Accessing FACTS Family Portal
FACTS allows you to get more involved in your child’s educational progress and future success via the internet.
FACTS Family Portal (Student Information System) is a private and secure parents’ portal that allows you to view school information specific to your children while protecting their information from others.
Here’s how to access our easy-to-use Family Portal:- On the Campus Life site, we have a tab called Student Information System- it links here:
- Family Portal Link
- Type in the School District Code: VCS-KY
- Click Create New Family Portal Account.
- Type your email address and click Create Account. An email will be sent with a link to create your Family Portal login. The link is active for 6 hours.
- Select the Click to Create your Family Portal Login link.
- A web browser displays your Name and FACTS Person ID.
- Type a User Name, Password, and Confirm your password.
- Click Save User Name and/or Password.
- A message displays at the top of the browser, “User Name/Password successfully updated.”

- Back to School Forms
- Progress Reports
- School Directory
- Payments

Find our School Directory and your child's Classroom Directory on your FACTS account: Student Information System to navigate to the Directory tab on the left navigation side.
On the Directory Tab, there will be a drop down menu to filter by Grade Level (All Grades), or just hop to your child's assigned classroom in the toggle tab named (All Classes) for classroom group, and you will see your child's classmate's family information to connect and form friendships (Parents too!).
