Conference Sign-Ups

We are delighted to welcome you to our Parent Teacher Conferences! We understand that you have a busy schedule, and we appreciate your dedication to your child's education by taking the time to meet with us, you will see a schedule below for sign-ups. Conferences will occur on Monday, August 10th and Tuesday, August 11th.
 

Our upcoming conferences are a wonderful opportunity for you to engage in meaningful dialogue with your child’s teachers, understand their progress, and collaboratively set goals for their continued growth. At Virginia Chance School, we emphasize nurturing a child’s natural curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking skills, and these conferences are a key component in achieving these objectives.

 

During your conference, you can expect to discuss:

  • Your child’s academic achievements and areas for growth
  • Social and emotional development
  • Strategies to support learning at home
  • Any questions or concerns you may have
We encourage you to take an active role in your child's education and make the most of this opportunity to partner with us. We believe that by working together, we can ensure your child's success.
 
NOTE: Please bring your student to Opening Conferences. If you need childcare for a sibiling while you attend a conference, we will offer CHUMS in the Funroom for the duration of the conference only. No sign-up is required, and no fee is associated with this service.

Find our School Directory and your child's Classroom Directory on your FACTS account: Student Information System to navigate to the Directory tab on the left navigation side. 

 

On the Directory Tab, there will be a drop down menu to filter by Grade Level (All Grades), or just hop to your child's assigned classroom in the toggle tab named (All Classes) for classroom group, and you will see your child's classmate's family information to connect and form friendships (Parents too!).
